We are structured as a Florida Benefit Corporation. That legal form requires us to pursue public benefit alongside any commercial goals. For us, the benefit is straightforward: tools that respect older adults and the families who care about them, without exploiting attention or selling personal data.
What we will not do
- Run advertising against people’s loneliness or care needs
- Sell or broker personal data
- Ship engagement mechanics designed to keep people hooked
Those lines are not aspirational marketing. They are product constraints.
What comes next
We are in a research phase. We are listening to adults 65+ and to adult children who support a parent — before we claim to know what belongs in anyone’s daily life.
