Help us build something worthy of trust
We are speaking with adults who would use everyday technology themselves, and with adult children who stay connected with a parent or older relative. Your stories shape what we prioritize — and what we refuse to build.
Sessions are conversations, not sales pitches. We ask about ordinary days, what feels useful on a phone or tablet, and what would make you stop using something. There is no pressure to like a product that does not exist for you yet.
We use respectful language. We do not treat “older” as a punchline or a medical category first. We want to understand real life — privacy fears, distance caregiving, quiet evenings, and the difference between helpful and pushy.
Who we’re looking for
- Adults roughly 65+ who use (or might use) a phone or tablet day to day
- Adult children who help care for or stay connected with a parent
- People in the U.S. preferred for early research, but tell us where you are
Participation is voluntary. You can stop at any time. We will never sell your contact information.
