  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not run advertising networks on this site.

Caregiver research survey

  • The survey is anonymous by default. You only share identifying contact details if you choose to leave an email for a possible follow-up chat.
  • We use responses to understand caregiver needs and to decide what to build — not to advertise to you.
  • We will never sell research contact information.
  • Responses are collected through Tally, our survey provider. A small team at Common Sense Consortium reviews them.
  • Participation is voluntary. You may stop at any time before submitting.
